We are discussing 4 quick, effective & inexpensive ways to bounce back from a mentally difficult week.
1. Fix Your Posture, sit straight on your chair
2. Switch Up Your Scenery, change workspaces or rearrange your office, go outside for a walk
3. Pick Just One Thing, pick up the most difficult thing and leave the easiest for the rest of the day that you will get tired either way.
4. Use a Time Management Method, I suggest the Pomodoro technique, where you basically go hart for 2-25' minutes and then take a break for 5min, repeat that cycle as more times as possible
